Office Head - Tshepo Sebolao Matshego

The office is headed by  Mr Tshepo Matshego, who became the new office head with the merger of Vela VKE and MME (2008).  Mr Matshego is a qualified civil engineer and has nine years of professional experience in various Civil Engineering areas.  He is a member of the Society for Asphalt Technology (SAT) since 2001.  Mr Tshepo Matshego is an Engineer in Training and will be assisted by Dr Eddie Otte (Pr Eng, Pr CPM) who has led the Rustenburg Office for the last two years.  Dr Eddie Otte worked in both Road Research and Private Consulting Engineering and has 40 years of Civil Engineering experience.  He serves as Chairman of the North West Branch of Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) and is a member of CESA Council.
