ZMCK is a dynamic local firm with offices are in the Capital City of Swaziland Mbabane. The staff has built up expertise in a wide arena of civil engineering and related disciplines and maintains a balanced blend of expertise capable of providing services ranging from projects requiring sophisticated technology to low cost developments.  Apart from their leading areas of specialisation in roads and structures, ZMCK has also developed sound resources in the fields of infrastructure services, water engineering, solid waste management and environmental management.  Wherever the firm lacks expertise or resources in a specific field, it is committed to the New Construction Industry Policy of Swaziland by firstly joint venturing with local consultancies before seeking expertise abroad.

A qualified professional, who, together with the team, ensures that each design is technically correct and optimised to suit the particular needs of both the client and user, manages each project. ZMCK’s client base includes the public sector, industry, commerce, private developers, international agencies and private individuals.

Office Head - Sandile Makhubu

The office is headed by Sandile Makhubu who holds a BSc  (Maths and Physics) from the University of Swaziland and a BSC Civil Engineering from the University of Natal. Sandile has been office head for the last 5 years and has gained experience in Project Management, Construction Supervision and Contract Documentation. He is a member of  the ZMCK Holdings Board of Directors. Sandile is a member of the Mbabane Rotary Club and therefore spends his spare time participating in rotary assistance programs in Swaziland.
